Even though your "club" membership may renew automatically YOUR CENTRE registration  lapses every year.  You can reset your centre membership HERE.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS Membership 

The CAMC will no longer be issuing plastic copies of the membership card unless members contact the Membership Dept and ask for one.  Digital copies are now their preferred option which can be loaded onto mobile phones.
